Bangtan Bums creates fan-inspired merchandise designed for fellow fans and collectors.

Our products are unofficial and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BTS, HYBE, BigHit Music, or any related entities.

Products & Availability

Many of our items are made to order or produced in small batches. Because of this:

• Product availability may change at any time
• Minor variations in print placement, color, or finish may occur
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings

We do our best to accurately display all products and descriptions.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• Your payment information is accurate
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• Your shipping information is complete and correct

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

Production & Shipping

Many items are made to order. Please allow additional processing time before shipment. If you need your item(s) before a particular date, please email us at hello@bangtanbums.com in advance so we can confirm production and delivery timelines. 

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Bangtan Bums is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
